How Did You Apply

I applied by filing the application form provided on the official website of the Sync legal and I received the confirmation for internship 2 weeks prior from the starting date of internship through a telephonic interview.

First Day Formalities, Infrastructure, First Impression

Due to the pandemic situation, the internship was in online mode. On the first day of the internship, the interns were introduced to the team through zoom meeting. Every member of the team was warm hearted and encouraging.

Main Tasks

The firm deals with wide range of subjects and main tasks for interns include research, legal opinion drafting, legal drafting and court visits. Although the firm deals with wide range of subjects, during my duration of internship I majorly worked on mediation cases.

Work Environment

My internship experience was positive and enriching, having learned about matters I hadn’t yet covered in my course curriculum. The associates are approachable and always ready to help the interns.

The environment is such that it motivates and encourages you to involve yourself as much as possible with the work. Due to my health conditions, I had to leave internship early but even during that short span of time inputs provided by Managing Partner of the firm Adv. Prakhar Dixit sir and Adv. Siddhart Singh have contributed towards my knowledge on various law fields.

Good Things

The interns are given a responsible position and are supposed to perform like a professional. The interns were not just given research over some case rather was involved in the case completely and were given chances to coordinate with clients with telephonic calls.

There was no bad thing per se.
